What happens if the candidate does not show up for the interview?

We make every effort to send you the best, most interested candidates. They are put through a rigorous process prior to being shortlisted. In case the situation does arise, rest assured we stand by our commitment – we will take the necessary corrective action.

What happens if the selected candidate leaves the organization during the probation period?

We have a 90 day replacement guarantee. In case the candidate leaves the organization within this window, we will send you a fresh set of profiles at no extra cost.

What sort of training do you offer?

We offer basic training to the interested candidates. Some of the senior candidates prefer to have one- on- one coaching sessions. We offer both, and indicate the same when we send you their profile
